Things like this will only stop happening in our society when we enforce harsher, stiffer penalties for these types of crimes. Simply, P.O.S. thugs like this don't belong or have a place in our society.

I agree. I just think people get so worked up over things, they do not even think of the consequences until it is way too late. No matter what they are
Consequences should be thought of before every risk you take in life. If you are not doing that regularly, then when a extreme situation is in front of you, you will not think of them then.
