None. He should have stayed at scene and claimed self-defense.. TBO that goes to shite when you shoot 6 people.

If the claim that one of the attendees hit Leonard with a bottle, what is the likelihood that charges will be brought against him?
If the story as has been rumored is correct, the guy that hit him with the bottle (Pitts) is dead.

You the same law-and-order, by-the-book guy that wants to put tweeters in jail?

If NCIS had been involved, Gibbs would've blown this mother fricker up. Tony and Zeba would've been there helping.

But summary/frontier justice is OK?
How about vigilante justice? You OK with that?

Okay. Someone claiming to know the shooter called Finebaum and said Phillips hit the shooter with the bottle.

Just wondering.
Hopefully when the cop breaks your door down and decides to summarize some justice on you, he'll be playing Rage for you.

If you don't do anything to break the law the police are usually pretty good about not breaking down your door. But thanks for the concern.

I always think it's a little comforting to think that even if are a law abiding citizen and you go by the letter of the law, you have someone to call if you need vigilante justice as a backup. Sort of like a nuclear bomb.

I see.
All cops are good cops and would never do anything wrong if they were allowed to take justice into their own hands?
Glad to see you are of such a trusting nature. "As long as I'm not doing anything wrong, I'll be OK! The only ones who have to worry are the BAD guys!" The Bolsheviks would have LOVED you.
