We had no one who could hit the broad side of a barn from 3, and a ball hog PG who thought he could rain them in if he just kept jacking them up.
Last year's team played selfish, this year's team plays TEAM ball. Doesn't hurt that we added a couple of guys who actually can shoot either.

Auburns non conference schedule SOS is 148....Their overall SOS is 86th. I wouldn't anoint them anything with that schedule just yet.

true. Other than playing an undefeated LSU, in SEC play, and the A&M team that just beat UK, Auburn hasn't done much.

I think your post is very fair. But as an AU fan that watches every minute of every game - this team is deep and filled with very very good players. No Jabari or Walker but this team is a better team than that one. Better shooters and better length - Bruce absolutely nailed the portal this year. CBM could make a NBA roster and he was a complete unknown coming in this year.
And by better team I mean more complete in all phases, not projecting tourney/SEC.
