So Auburn is still beat up after the Iron Bowl? Can you say "Sabanized"?

i assumed that you were a phish fan because of your username. They are playing in Miami for NYE. Disregard my post if the "phish" in your username is referring to something else.

Nah just caught me off guard in an auburn thread.

Are you going to the Miami Phish shows?

I am going to be in Atlanta for WSP, would rather be in Miami.

ahh, i see. I usually dont travel too far to see shows, but I am going down there this year because I cant make it to Pasadena, and I am making myself feel better

Should be a blast. My buddies went down there for NYE 2003 and had a good time. We did the Dead out in Oakland that year under the belief that phish would be around for a while...then que the break up. Saw phish in knoxville this year which was nice. I was shocked, and upset, that atlanta wasn't a fall tour destination, hopefully they'll be by there soon. I guess i've just gotten older and don't travel like i used to

Saban has nothing to do with the direction our program is going...we played with a severely undermanned roster and absolutely no depth...came out of it all 7-5 with what looks to be a top 5 recruiting class...so yes...Auburn is still upbeat...you are why people hate Alabama...

Yeah, I had a couple friends go down there in 03 as well. That knoxville show was a blast too. Rumor is that they are going to be all around the southeast for their summer tour. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Phish is so much better now than they were in 2003. They are not as good as they were back pre-breakup in 2001, but much better than then the 2003 incarnation.

This. It is the same billiberru or some crap like that that used to list his school as Iona and only flamed AU in his posts.

it's been a month since the last freaking game? Already throwing out excuses

I guess the excuse of UGA losing most of its offensive linemen last year starting DT and other injuries was just an excuse for UGA falling flat? The fact is most of our starters on defense have played 50+ snaps every single game, they are just now getting their legs back after that kind of a season. Most are coming back next year with a lot of quality depth coming in, it is a reason I expect a major bounce for Auburn next year both defensively and offensively.

That is pathetic if he actually said that.

No, it's really not. You are just incredibly biased and aim to belittle everything that is colored orange and blue.

Has any other coached claimed his team was "banged up" this long after their last game? I have never heard a reach like this. Now if you have players that are still injured that is one thing but to still be "banged up", come on, tell me yall are not buying that BS.

Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson on the upcoming Orange Bowl

Johnson said his Yellow Jackets were physically spent.

``We're really beat up,'' he said. ``We played 11 straight weeks. Our guys are in finals right now and they need a little time off. We've got a lot of guys hurt, banged up. I'm not sure quite yet how many we're going to get back.''

He's been straight forward in his interviews. Roof stated we've got a lot of guys banged up on defense but it is what it is we've still got a job to do in stopping North Western. I'm looking forward to next year when we have him some quality depth to run the style defense he wants to run.

The way he put it makes perfect sense. It is obvious that PJ knows what he is doing. Can't say the same for what's his name.

You will have no problem stopping NorthWestern. If AU gets beat Chizik should go ahead and quit.
