One kind of underrated aspect of this hire is that Golesh came into a program at UT that was a complete dumpster fire and helped turn it around super quickly. I think there's something to be said about having that experience.

ok. so the fact he took a team that had won 4 games, in three seasons, to 23 wins, in three seasons, means he can't coach? Got it!
