Well we’re surprised by your confusion. I’ll try one more time. Most of us aren’t focused on the past, particularly if said past is marked by indisputable mediocrity. OP seems to imply that if Party A celebrates mediocrity in one instance, then it would be utterly shocking if Party B does not celebrate mediocrity in another instance. I find this line of thinking to be irrational. Not sure what you’re hung up on here?

Arkansas rushed the floor (the fans actually) because we beat the number one team. It didn’t matter that it was Auburn lol. It could have been Opelika State Central Baptist, and we would have rushed if they were number one.

This is how you know that what they are saying is reversed. It’s a big deal to them because they are saying it isn’t a big deal. Arkansas is the second biggest SEC bball program. Of course it is to them!

My initial response was to
Shocco When he said " I'm surprised they didn't act like they just won the NC."
So I responded with pictures literally showing the University of Arkansas celebrating like they just won the national championship last year after beating Auburn.
Then from there you respond about Auburn storming the court vs Kentucky in 2016 - Which really had nothing to do with the subject.
My point was Auburn beating Arkansas isn't a big deal to us....
Whew....that made my head hurt

I get it, but I do believe it is a big deal. Anytime Arkansas one of the tops of the SEC, it is. Big deal.
