It helped us tremendously, allowed us to get somewhat healthy. That Bama team that limped into Jordan-Haire was a 7-5 team.

I, for one, praise Alabama’s focus with regard to what really matters - that being mastery of a multiple game postseason in college football. This isn’t 2004 anymore, when the two best teams simply played for a national championship. This is a new frontier. Alas, UGA was only capable of a .667 winning percentage this postseason - of course winning the SEC and the Rose Bowl. Alabama sets the gold standard again. Bravo.

Someone knows they play their rival, and much better team, on Wednesday. Football season is over.

Not just beat, but beat the shite out of them. 209 total yard with most of that from one pass and one drive. That is why it means something and really why Bama shouldn’t have be in. Mulligan U.
