it might have been one of those 8 o clock classes that if you miss more than 3 classes you fail electives. i had a few of those that i thought would be easy grades last year but all of the effort was waking up after drinking all night

As an athlete(FB especially) that is mostly what you take. Early morning classes.

I have to do it as a trainer and be done with classes for the day by noon

You're always on TD late at night and have to wake up for 8 AM classes... How much do you sleep?

Hmmmmm At one time this past spring I was up 36 hours straight.

I usually nap during the day because I just crash after the practices

LOL at Auburn being on academic probation. If the current allegations are true, The Plainest Village could lose it's accreditation as a university.

Insert Nelson laughing gif here. LSU's academics aren't even first tier, Auburn is around 33rd in the country for public Universities. Where is LSU? Insert ROTFL smiley now.

I've been drinkin so you can't judge my texting skills as my educational level.

I am not mad, I transferred to Auburn from another school. I know what I am talking about in terms of academic rankings. You could say I was mad if Auburn was a worse school than LSU or if Auburn is on probation. Auburn is 30-35 in public rankings

This coming from LSU where Saban had adjuncts threatened to pass players or lose your job.

We have one on the offensive side that failed to do a few things on time.

And Auburn fans bitches several years ago when Brodie Croyle, among others that had already graduated, were taking classes like that.

Well color me shocked. A double standard on a message board of all places.

No, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about as LSU is first tier and has been for years. Don't kid yourself, the difference between LSU and Auburn is minimal

The facts are that Auburn University has been placed on academic probation by The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

To my knowledge, Auburn is the only school in the SEC to have ever received academic probation.

Another probation would be cause for removal of accreditation.

Edit: added quotes and link...

quote:

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) -- Auburn University, the largest university in Alabama, was released from academic probation Tuesday (December 7, 2004) by its accrediting agency.

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools placed Auburn on probation last year, citing in part problems with the school's trustees. The association cautioned recently that the school would have to do more to prove some trustees do not improperly control or influence other board members.

quote:

If Auburn had lost its accreditation, the school would not have been able to get federal funds and students' degrees might not be accepted elsewhere.

Auburn University released from academic probation

I'm truly LMAO at anyone from Auburn pointing fingers at anyone else. Your 'school' has the morals of an alley cat.

Later, Cody was talking about being on track to graduate in May and said he still needed two more classes. Somebody asked him what his degree was in. He paused, stammered for a few seconds, looked up and smiled and then muttered something under his breath. “I keep forgetting it … consumer science, I think,” Cody said.
