SACS placed AU on probation because of trustee meddling. If not for that issue we would never have been investigated, much less sanctioned.
Our academics are fine. It's our administration that is corrupt.

So what? You still have Bobby Lowder around, your administration is still corrupt, and Auburn grads still face the prospect of one day having worthless degrees.

You won't have any kids smart enough to get into Auburn if you honestly believe that my degree from Auburn will ever become worthless.

Not to mention that SACS is a bunch of pointy-headed, non-medical types who insist on being addressed as DOCTAH, who have never achieved a fricking thing in life outside of being members in good standing of the liberal bastion of university FACULTY.
The Auburn University faculty was menstruating over the Auburn Board of Trustees, ergo their buddies at SACS stepped in and fought the fight the liberal Auburn faculty didn't have the guts to fight themselves.
