Well Tracy we have been busy during the last two weeks meeting with attorneys and trying to get our story straight and then we had to answer interrogatories and appear for depositions most of this past week. It has been a tough week with the accountants and all of that so we will change the plan around for the second half.

I would hope that it's only the pass to Adams not being reviewed.. it was definitely review worthy. Chizik could have challenged it, though.
