I have actually managed to get an envelope and stamps. I'll mail the $30 to you tomorrow. I'm sending cash so hopefully it doesn't get lost. Lemme know when you get it. Sorry for the delay. Slacking is the story of my life.

They'll be more experienced which will help. But, new OC, new DC, new QB and the teams that they lost too are still on the schedule, I don't think they gain 14 to 28 points in one offseason to beat any of them.

Come on Alahunter, we are going to need a much more in depth analysis of the schedule. You aren't going to get as many good bites by just posting the final record

I never mail anything, so remembering to walk upstairs and get an envelope and stamps has been a task lately. I always think about it during the day when I'm at work, but forget by the time I get home. The wife finally just did it for me.

I gotta go by the P.O. I think I've got 2 others there in the last few days. Everyone is just about caught up now. I don't think Ross has seen the thread. If you see him, mention it to him.

No, I've said 8-4 or 9-3 before a bowl. We aren't winning the West, but we also aren't going to somehow get magically worse after returning nearly every player and getting an easier schedule. Sorry to burst your bubble. We aren't going 6-6 and it isn't "most likely".

I know you Au fans are dying to read my early prediction for the 2012 Football season so here ya go:

Sept. 1 vs. Clemson (Atlanta) 50/50
Sept. 8 at Mississippi State 50/50
Sept. 15 ULM 100% W
Sept. 22 LSU 100% L
Oct. 6 ARKANSAS 100% L
Oct. 13 at Ole Miss 95% W
Oct. 20 at Vanderbilt 98% W
Oct. 27 TEXAS A&M 50/50
Nov. 3 NEW MEXICO STATE (HC) 100% W
Nov. 10 GEORGIA 100% L
Nov. 17 ALABAMA A&M 100% W
Nov. 24 at Alabama 100% L

So I have:
5 wins
4 Losses
3 50/50's (2-1)
7-5

Wow, Au doesn't have an easy early season schedule and worst case could be 1-4 going into the Ole Miss game.

The Clempson game will be very interesting and a decent predictor on how the other 50/50's could turn out. Neither team had a defense worth a shite last year and I don't expect either to improve "significantly" enough to be considered above average. For Au it will the first game with 2 new coordinators and I assume a first time starting QB in Frazier. I look for Au to run the ball effectively with their stable of quality SEC caliber backs. Clempson has a lot coming back from an Offense that was a very potent and filled with playmaker. I want to say Au will win the game but I just don't have enough positive for Au to say they can do it. I hope for the SEC's rep they do but IDK 50/50 but leaning to an Au lose

Miss State only reason this isn't a 100% for an Au win is it's in starkville, although that hasn't really mattered in this lopsided series. State regresses last year from the prior year but who knows what Mullen will get out of this team this year. I think he really needs to have a 8+ win season of the rumblings will start or he'll bolt for a better program. leaning for an Au win

A & M - wow what a weird season for A & M last year with a high potent offense that just drilled teams but couldn't finish them off. This will probably be a pretty darn good game to watch. I'm leaning to an Au win due to it being at home.

so that would be 2-1 in the 50/50 games giving Au a 7-5 regular season mark. the thing as an Au fan you really want to see is not getting absolutely blown the frick out by premier teams on their schedule(LSU, BAMA, UGA & ARK)

6-6 OR 7-5, Splitting the first two games.
QB situation looks to be in terrible shape.
Also hard to predict accurately due to new OC and DC. Never really know what to expect.

Georgia skulldrug Auburn up and down the field. Georgia looks to be as good if not better next year. How you have that game as anything less than a 3 TD win for Georgia just means you're ignoring reality.

The four teams that skulldrug Auburn up and down the field are starting the season in the top 10, and all of them are in the top 5 of various polls. Those teams didn't start being lousy, and there's no reason to think at this point Auburn's stopped.

10-2, losses to UPig and UGA.

Very experienced team returning, most returning starters in the West. (up from dead last in the country last season.)

With BVG I expect to see an attitude return to our D. We wont be out there playing scared anymore. Same with the O. We will have clear direction this year, with consistency and stability.

I like the return of LSU early in the season. October is not hell this year like usual.
