Auburn completely ran through Miss St's D last year for over 350 yards. Are they better on D? I know they lost that LB that was so good.

1 dime on au. Early sec, game of the year. I would have played au up to minus 8.

Au minus 3 is the best I have felt on an au line in years. I expected 6.5 and would have bet it all the way up to 8 buying a point to 7.

pretty equal teams but I think Auburn by 10 and that may be a TD late that helps them pull away.

I saw a couple of Cam's improv runs for large chunks...an SEC defense would have sacked him. I'm still thinking msu puts up a fight, but it's too close for me to call.

Does every thread have to turn into conversation about Alabama? Give me a break. Where have all you homers been over the past 10 years. You win some games and you all come out of the woodwork.

Everybody said the same shite last year and AU beat hell out of State... with less talent. AU big.

We have a new Defensive Coordinator this year, and return 9 starters from last year's defense. Our front 7 is very good and they shut down Memphis' running game only allowing them 42 rushing yards. The LB you are thinking of is Jamar Chaney who made the Eagles 53 man roster.

I think the game will be VERY close and may come down to a kick. Im being a homer and taking my bulldogs after seeing what I saw last night.

I got Auburn, but I wouldn't put money on it. Should be a good one. Too bad Saints/Vikings is the same night. Guess I'll flip to it during the commercials.

I want State to win, but the smart bet would be Auburn at -3. That's why I probably will not bet on that one. It would take all the fun out.

Yea I expected about a 6 point spread. I expect a -3 spread to move before gameday. Buy it now if you are betting Auburn.

Our Defense is 3 times better than last year especially since 4 of our starters where freshman last year(Banks, F.Cox, J.Boyd,C. Broomfield) and they have improved ten fold since the Aub game last year. As for our Off. Yes we did lose Dixon but its obvious we have guys that are ready to be playmakers and whats ironic is 2 of our best young talents where Aub commits (B.Heavens and LaDarius Perkins) and both are going to be very good sec players. I am usually very pesamistic about games like this but the team believes they are the better team and that is something we havent had in a long time. If they believe than I believe.
