Auburn looks pretty pedestrian compared to last year and Chavis already eats Malzahn's O up. Good chance LSU wins.

Auburn has looked shitty this year. Lsu has looked shitty this year. LSU beat the hell out of Auburn last year. What am I missing that makes Auburn such a favorite?

A 31 point win, huh? That's a lot of confidence pal. A national championship team is the only thing keeping LSU fans from bragging about 7 straight wins over Auburn.

Be ready

The one thing Auburn has done consistently all year is stop the run. The only team that has had an iota of success running the ball against Auburn this year was Arkansas during the first half, but Auburn even shut them down in the 2nd half. Kansas State only had 40 yards rushing, San Jose State only had 60 yars rushing, and Louisiana Tech only cracked the 100 yard rushing mark late in the 4th quarter against the back ups on Auburn's defense

OTOH, LSU has struggled to run the ball against any legitimate opponent this year. This will put all the pressure on LSU's quarterbacks to move the ball

With Harris starting now you're going to be seeing a much different LSU offense. We aren't going to be 1 dimensional and just hope for big plays in the passing game. We will be coming out in shotgun with Harris and look a lot more like an NFL offense.

If Harris starts at quarterback LSU wins by 6 points.

If Jennings starts or play's significant minutes then Auburn wins.

True. But Wisconsin (#9) and Mississippi State (#8) are ranked ahead of Auburn (#14) and LSU was still able to score 28 and 29 points respectively with 8 and 9 in the box against Jennings and a conservative game plan. Hopefully, LSU has seen the last of Jennings and a 70/30 run/pass ratio.

We will be unable to stop read plays right up the middle without Divine Intervention. Yeah we could go with a scheme and personnel change, but who wants to do that, right? 600 yards rushing yards by Auburn is attainable.

That said, Les OWNS Auburn, and he may use his remaining annual Jedi Mind Trick on your asses this week.

If Auburn plays like they did against K-State, LSU could hang with them behind Jennings. That's how bad Auburn looked. I like our chances with Harris.

With Harris and a passing threat, our running game will be just fine.

I was in Jordan hare last time the eagles skullfricked LSU. Saban was coach and had suspended multiple defensive starters

LSU has only won 2 games in Jordan Hare Stadium during the entire 21st century and Auburn finished with a losing season both years

So Auburn is going to have a losing record this year too?
