there's a lot of pointless arguing in here about shite that 95% of the people in here don't know shite about. maybe we should wait till some actual news surfaces.

former State players, not State players. If you would have read my whole post you would realized that I was referring to former players Bond, Bell and Rogers but omitted the word "former" in that one line.
That is a true statement. Now let's use REAL logic.
1- Did MSU turn in Rogers and Cecil? The answer is YES MSU did.
2- Do you think that MSU was ignorant to the process? Here's where LOGIC is good to have. If you turn in something like that, you KNOW the NCAA is going to ask questions. IF you were guilty of ANYTHING whatsoever, you don't push it out in the light. Now I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW... you are thinking "under what circumstance would a University do that??". I know you want to figure out a way.. a reason. There are none. IF MSU KEEPS THEIR MOUTHS SHUT NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING.

Everything you listed doesn't mention Auburn
This is TRUE. And There is nothing left for me to add to that except for one thing. Since MSU did turn that in, since Rogers ADMITTED that he asked on behalf of CECIL, SINCE CECIL ADMITTED that he did in fact try to broker a deal for the services with his son, does reason and LOGIC not come into play? Does it not say that if the NCAA is asking question that they are not going to ask and investigate as to where Cam actually ended up going to? That's LOGIC. Now you have 4 players stepping up showing a consistent pattern (like MSU football has shown that they are not that great over the past decade).

I just called the NCAA office and asked them if they were investigating Auburn or MSU and they said na,we're both in the clear. I don't know if I believe them or not, person on the other end of the phone sounded kinda shady.
Here is the info incase anyone else wants to call and check for themselves.

agreed! someone should make a tread about Camgate that lists all the questions people have about it and links to questions that have been answered. Questions I have are 1. how did the former players know to go to Bell to discuss P4P? Have these former players and Bell bought players before? Since Cam ended up at Auburn, did Auburn pay him to play? I don't have links to answer either of these questions.

The NCAA is obviously interviewing MSU so they can put the finishing touches on their combined plan to ruin Auburn University. It'll all be clear soon.

are you going to continue to read only my post and not the post of the person I'm responding to? If you would do that, you would be directing your statement at that person. There State fan that I was responding to stated that Bond referred Kenny to Bell. Ask him where he got his information.
I did.. "Not message board crap!"
Whoever it was.. I would like a link showing that.
PS.. I'm an SEC fan! I don't have a dog in this fight, but I want to see NCAA sports cleaned up! If they are not going to clean it up, just say so so that we know what we are dealing with and can move forward.. know what I mean.
I, every now and again, like debating. It's nothing personal at all...

1. Cam's dad tried to negotiate p4p
2. Cam's dad stated that state did not bite
After knowing this, possible reasons state could get in trouble:
1. Continuing to recruit Cam?
2. NCAA considering Rogers a Booster even though he was representing Cam to State boosters?
3. State not turning in information quick enough?
Possible reasons Auburn could get in trouble:
1. PAYING CAM NEWTON!!!!
Is this correct?

I dont think most have not said this or at least thought it. My whole commentary in this has been somewhat directed to the MSU peeps that dont believe the NCAA is also investigating their program as well.
My thought process on your 2 comment is that originaly they took 6 months to provide "all" the info, then when the shite really went down, they said they had more. Hence why nothing had been done with rogers, bell or bond in the begining. They took a premptive strike with barring them from the program. maybe something more will come, who knows.

Let's deal with part of number 2. You say LOGIC tells you that if someone is guilty they don't push it to light. This is a failed logic because severals schools self report in hopes that NCAA would be lenient on them.

Just clean up NCAA sports even if that means NO MSU and NO Auburn.. or Bama or LSU or OU...or or or better yet... get rid of the NCAA!!!!

You're wasting your time, we're guilty, Auburn has never cheated or done anything wrong.

That is a fair question. While I don't think so, I think it is poor judgement on MSU unless there was actually a set up (WHICH I HAVE NOT HEARD OF!) and don't believe.

Most of them think Pat Dye didn't do anything wrong either. My next door neighbor said Pat did it the right way and was framed. By who?
And cue NYCAuburn!

I call shenanigans on that. I've yet to meet an Auburn fan who will admit that. He was caught on tape. don't try and pull that bull shite.

The REC, of course. It is all our fault. Everytime.

Yeah, I wondered that too. But I read a quote from either Bond or MSU stating that they gave what they had to the SEC. The SEC requested they go back and investigate more and report back. Upon learning more details, they reported back to the SEC.

Let me get you my next door neighbors phone number then. The fricker thinks Pat was innocent. Would you like for me to get that on tape for ya?
