According to the five victims present, three black males entered the residence with one displaying a handgun. Personal property was stolen during the incident. No injuries were reported. A patrolman responding to the area observed what he believed to be the suspect vehicle based on a description he was given. Officers stopped the vehicle in the 1200 block of Wire Road and four suspects were taken into custody. A pistol and the stolen property was recovered at the scene. Goodwin, Kitchens, McNeil, and Mosley were transported to the Lee County Detention Center where each is currently being held on a $511,000 bond.

1. They're fricked because of the handgun.

2. If they were on a school campus, they're doubly fricked because of federal laws if it's pursued with having possession on or near a school.

Chuck Oliver was just talking about this. Said basically if you use something to break in a door (i.e. bat), it can also be considered a deadly weapon. These boys are fricked.

Random info for you: A man's hands has been ruled a "deadly weapon" when used against a woman.
/hijack

A bat, crowbar, 2x4, hell even a broom can constitute a weapon.

Does this show we obviously aren't playing players if they have to rob people

Yeah, expcept these deadly weapons appear to be guns, and not the type criminals make with their fingers inside a jacket to give the illusion of having a pistol.

This is the exact reason you keep your trap shut concerning "thugs" on eachother's teams. You have to eat a big arse chunk of crow if not.

Love,

thUGA.

Hopefully there isn't much to this.

Still all kinds of firearms laws they can be nailed with in addition to the robbery. I may could see the 19 y.o.'s being granted youthful status, if certain conditions occurred or they weren't a part of. I think it's more likely they all end up doing time though.
