Do Missouri fans realize how ridiculous this nickname actually is considering your current head coach has had twice as many jobs as MA in a shorter amount of time?
If you dont like Suitcase, then how about Snake? Because he is a lying sack of shite who mailed it in his last year on both the sideline and recruiting trail, then abandoned his players like a snake in the middle of the night.

Already an improvement from Trent Johnson, nice!

We can agree to disagree because Ron Polk MADE Mississippi State baseball.
PERIOD! End of Arguement.
Do you even attend Mississippi State baseball games? Were you even old enough to see any Polk teams play before he came back for his 2nd go around?

So, Jackie deserved a lifetime contract in football then? After all, he MADE Mississippi State football right?
Your a moron.
Polk became a mediocre SEC coach the DAY that John Cohen walked out of Rosenblatt in 1990. Please disprove that fact. Skip Bertman left him in the dust that day and never looked back. But I guess we should worship at his shrine based on what he did in the 80s before ANYONE else in the SEC took baseball seriously.
Pat McMahon gave us our best 4-year run in the past 20 years, and he wasn't a good enough coach to hold a job @ Florida. Let that sink in.
I'm almost 29 now, a lifelong State fan, and my family has 4 lifetime seats @ DNF. But no, I have no idea about the history of MSU baseball.

7 is all you need. Ask Kentucky.
The Presseys, Denmon, Dixon, English, and Ratliffe is a pretty damn good top 6.
On top of that, I believe Nestor played a big role for Mizzou last year.
Haith's body of work during his career is very suspect imo.
explain to me how those six became a pretty good top 6 when a year earlier under SMA(get used to it cheshire) with more depth(ahm green, krek, bowers, and saff) and a fitted scheme they were pretty average. How does THAT team go 23-11(8-8 conf) and this team with the exact same players, excluding those in brackets above, go 30-5? Sure we had more seniors, however, you can also blame them for going cold in our losses(ahm english).
Again, last year we had a much better team than the 10-11 squad, however, probably not as much overall talent, depth, or height. Alot of our success has to be put on haith for implementing atleast some sort of existing structure to the offense.
Also, no way in hell this mizzou team achieves what it did last year with SMA at the helm.
Also, it seems like you're taking on the majority oppinion that Nestor was the primary tactical specialist who led the tigers onto victory every single game, when its been asked to mizzou players themselves and they say otherwise...

Our AD and fans asked for what we got. We had Stansbury who assured mediocrity but they wanted more now we are picked last in the SEC and have the worst coach as well
Just think if we hadn't waited too late to fire him. We wouldn't be in this position.

Did you watch the SEC last year. It's pretty pathetic basketball most of the time.

I think he is a good guy who is looking for his "TYPE" of players, however I dont think his type of players will have the talent/athletic level to win in the SEC.
Bundy, you have no idea what the frick Rick Ray is doing. You have no idea if Rick Ray is a good guy. He might be a sleezebag. Stop making all these assumptions that you have no idea about yet. All I know so far is that he is recruiting out of state, thank God. I also know that he actually makes his players work hard. Does it not bother you that our players are having to get acclimated to working out hard? I haven't gone into a season with hope in a long time. I don't have much hope for this season, but I finally have hope for the future. And when we win a conference game this year, I can actually stand up and clap my hands and be happy. I can go to a game now, because I actually want to. I have avoided games for three years because of the nausea I got from watching a Stansbury team play basketball.

Do we have an official list of the MSU fans here that wanted to keep Stans vs. the ones that wanted him gone?
Those were some really good threads by the way. Oh man, watching you guys efight was great stuff.

while I might not always agree with you, I like your posts because you base them on facts and call things like you see them instead of being blindly biased like a few of your kind

I think Johnny Jones at 11 is fair at this point. But in a very short amount of time at LSU he has already convinced me that he is going to recruit like gangbusters at LSU. How far that will eventually take us, I don't know. But John Brady took us to a Final Four without coaching so anything is possible if the talent is here.

we won just as many postseason games as ya'll, without the heartbreak of looking like fools. when marshawn went down, everyone knew our season was over.
i didn't think the butthurt would still be this strong around mike anderson, but i was wrong.

We only have 2 scholarships to give in the 2013 class one is already taken by a mediocre PG who isnt that athleteic (IJ Ready) the other is a Big we will sign who will likely be a fundamentally sound post players who screens a lot and plays good D.
Cuonzo inherited a similar situation. He decided to focus on this class and it looks like it will pay off big time. Also was great he was able to land Stokes.

Now at least that would make sense. Suitcase is just ridiculous when your current head coach is averaging a new job every 2.7 years. That's almost Bobby Petrino bad.
I just think you should have put more thought in to it. Although I can't fault your fanbase to much considering some of the extremely lame nicknames hogville came up with for Houston Nutt when he left.
