Crazy thing is they played for it, but to the wrong side. Just a great call by LSU that worked out.
UF team is better in many ways than some thought and I think Harris is going to be great there.

No. Out ST coach should learn his lesson once and for all. If anything You fake the block and at the snap then drop back into coverage hoping to catch them for a change.

It was a great and gutsy call...but no one thought they'd fake it, not even LSU fans. Les is da MAN !

There's No fricking excuse to fall for that play when Miles is coaching. Why doesn't any team who plays them keep a safety 10 yards back to watch the kicker

TBH I'd rather get beat that way than by allowing Fournet to run free for a sixty yarder. . If we've got to get beat glad it's by Les being Les.

LSU promises not to try fake FGs against Florida any more if Florida promises not to run any more kicks back against the skill-challenged special teams unit coached by the incredibly inept Bradley Dale Peveto. I think this is two years in a row the Gators have run one back on LSU.

Florida is indeed back! the east now has a legitimate player for the NC.
I've enjoyed LSU vs UF for many years. for some reason I've come to enjoy the florida fans too; seems to be a lot less animosity between the two fanbases than some of crap we have to endure from the teams in the west, esp bama and aggy fans

CLM was quoted as saying they saw in films how aggressive Fla is on FG attempts, so they put it in just this past wk. Domingue said "we got the look we wanted & went for it ".But, I agree, it's one thing to be aggressive 99% of the time, but with CLM, late in the game, close game.................FWIW: he said this was his last fake of the season. Maybe.
