If it means the downfall of the entire AAU system
Believe it or not, there are actually some pretty good AAU programs out there that do things the right way.

Obviously fire & disassociate Person, vacate any wins for games they played in & I would think the NCAA would be satisfied.
I think the main thing, if no one else is involved (and we are waaaay too early on this), is that the NCAA can claim a lack of institution control. If this can happen under your care, you can be punished under some of the new rules. Look, it happens in life and business off the court every day. If an employee of mine screws up bad, I'm ultimately the one they look at. Whether that is Jacobs or Pearl or both, or the school, this has the possibility of getting very ugly.

you know that every assistant coach's butt just tightened a little bit.
and I bet fans of every school have one assistant coach in mind that they think would be the guy on their staff that would be the one who did this.

shite. At least half the coaches know they have the guy doing it.

You are a fricking idiot and clearly don't understand the rule.
NCAA would have to prove that AU compliance/staff had knowledge and willingly ignored violations. That goes against this whole thing

Lol you're crazy if you don't think every top tier school is at least somewhat involved in this. I'm not naive enough to think kids are passing up $100,000 to play in freaking Miami or LA to play for free in Kansas.
Who got $100,000?
Person got $91,000. He pocketed $75,500, gave $11,000 to one kid and $7,500 to another.
In SEC terms we're talking Leo Lewis money, not Cam Newton or Albert Means.

The number of posts I have on this site has no bearing on the absolute retardedness of that statement you made. You have no idea what you are talking about and are doing nothing but typing out your wishful thinking.

Even notorious Louisville homer Pat Forde is calling for the death penalty for the athletic program given the multiple scandals and totally out of control atmosphere that has been allowed to fester there. Lol, what a glorious day this has been!

So, you don't know me then?
And since you do not know me or know of me, what you write about me is irrelevant.
What are you, 12? A lot of posting by you guys are going around here these days.

I really can't predict where it'll go, but there does not appear to be any hint that the money was given to benefit the program or team in anyway.
I hope not because we still suck at basketball.
