If A&M needs a roadmap on how to keep a star player eligible when images of a star player signing autographs that were later sold online surface, they need only look to Alabama, who disputed all suggestions that star players had been paid for autographs by asserting that while players had signed autographs no player had ever been paid for those autographs. Since no one could prove that players had been paid or received any items of value, there was no NCAA violation for signing autographs that were later sold.

I don't think so. The alleged infractions took place after the award I believe.

It probably goes back to last season and it's just a matter of time for the evidence to surface. JFF has always been a thug POS. This did not suddenly happen during the offseason.

this seems so friggin wreckless and brazen that only someone who is supremely confident in his NFL prospects would even think about doing some stupid arse shite like this.

Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense at all. The risk so far outweighs the reward that he's either the dumbest MF'er ever, the cockiest most entitled MF'er ever, or he's completely sure that he's going to the draft next year and will be made a millionaire (personally) overnight.

It's simple. His money and talent are just too much for his brain to handle.

Whether he's guilty or innocent, he doesn't have enough sense to not put himself in the position.

JFF will make a great 30 for 30.

This blows Marcus Dupree away.

Summary:

A young kid wins the Heisman. He continues to act like a young kid. The sports world is pissed because he's not meeting their expectations. They may have finally nailed the kid for doing something - wait for it - immature and foolish.

The only question left in this story is whether Johnny gets away with it and continues to be the talk of bored sports fans, or he gets nailed and we find another "hero" to talk about.

Yea would be dumb at this point for practice to go any way but business as usual....now if this escalates much further then you may have a decision to make.
