Sounds to me like they still need evidence. I didn't hear the former NCAA official say they are going to suspend him based on the anonymous/confidential sources statements.

In that case, Bama was found to have committed NCAA violations as well as the players. And the violations happened on the Bama campus. Bama admitted to a lack of university oversight and suspended the players but once the NCAA found y'all guilty of failure to monitor, they went back further because the violations happened under the supervision of Bama and prior to the suspensions.
Obviously you are still upset by all this but that's entirely on your university and their compliance department and it has no resemblance whatsoever to the charges levied against Johnny Manziel.

Sounds good. it was literally a group of ten people that thought they ran the boards. I have no problem being banned, it was just a circle jerk to begin with where football wasn't even discussed.

Dude did you listen to it?? One of the Mike's specifically asks him. "If all the NCAA has is the brokers saying he signed 4000 items and no other proof is that enough?" And the NCAA investigator said "they can use some circumstantial evidence but their needs to be some proof that money was exchanged"

Seriously, if we have even an average NCAA kicker that game is never in question. We allowed Bama to hang around because of our poor special teams. If we have made strides in the kicking department this year that might take away one if the few things that literally every team we played could claim an advantage in

I will agree if he does play against Bama (of course all evidence suggests he won't, but, y'know, show the auto-pen again) this year, y'all have a great chance. What Bama fans flat-out can't admit is that almighty Saban was too stubborn to bail out of his base Man defense and do zone blitzes with 5-6 DBs on the field like UF and LSU, and that's why Bama lost (they did, however, have success blitzing JFF in Man in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, hence 0 aTm points in 2nd and 3rd).

What I love the most about this drama is how the people who were CONVINCED that A&M would suck in the SEC (like not win a SEC game for years) are now CONVINCED that the only reason A&M avoided that fate is due to Johnny and maybe Sumlin.
Austin talk radio already accepts Sumlin going to USCw next year as fact, and every sip with a keyboard thinks Johnny is bringing down the program.
Years from now, when Johnny is in the NFL and Sumlin is still recruiting top 10 classes at A&M, I wonder what these people will cling to in order to avoid reality.

YOU DID NOT WATCH IT BASED ON THAT ANSWER. He was very clear in not answering what was needed to punish somebody for NCAA infractions. he even said its not clear what is needed to find a violation, that's something the NCAA has to decide. he specially talks about sources and brokers coming forward anonymously and talking to the NCAA. keep living in your delusion.

Dude I just listened to it. He did mention anonymous sources but that was in reference to that being the starting point of the investigation and like I said one of the Mike's point blank asked him if what is out there right now is enough and he said NO, there needs to be some sort of proof that he was paid money
