IF the NCAA is still investigating then TAMU has a lot to lose if they play JFF without him being cleared.
Nope. If A&M is able to show that they did their due diligence (and two internal investigations in five months shows that) and the NCAA cant show they knew he took money, it doesn't matter. It will go down just like the Dez Bryant situation, with either A&M getting evidence later and then suspending him or the NCAA ultimately doing it.

then TAMu will have to vacate all wins if they play a player who is ruled ineligible..please tell me again you are not this stupid..

Yeah, that pretty much went out the window when it became public knowledge that the NCAA was directly and intentionally selling players' likenesses.

Again, nope. Dez Bryant played three games in 2009 while "ineligible", and after his suspension no wins were vacated by Oklahoma State.
In order to vacate a school's wins, the NCAA has to know that the school had direct knowledge of a player's lack of eligibility.

6 brokers, 4,400 autographs in 3 states in less than a month.
A&M will regret playing this kid if they decide to.

You sure about this? I thought it was still a possibility.

I won't reply to you again since you obviously are very myopic in your view. Great to be homer. :bang head:
Unless you are a lawyer or an insider with the TAMU folks making the decision then you are clueless.

someone who has knowledge of the information said this was probably the violation that may be his downfall.

I just provided you tangible past precedent that disproves your post and you bail out?

and multiple people from within the situation also think nothing is going to happen to him

not bailing out but you don't argue politics and religions with someone and in this case your mind is made up so it really does not matter..Let's revisit this situation in a couple of weeks if the NCAA has not made an official ruling.

i never said whether it will or won't..My stance all along has been that if the NCAA has not cleared him by the start of the first game then TAMU would risk vacating games if they play him and then he is ruled to have violated his eligibility.

not sure how this theory by TAMU folks holds water.. So because the NCAA screwed up they are now going to be lax on student athletes who may have sold their signature for profit.

And pretty much everyone with local knowledge of the situation says nothing will happen at all.

Make an argument that logically and legitimately counters mine and I'll consider changing my point.
As of yet, nobody on this board or in the media has done that.
