The way it's been going this offseason, Johnny Manziel will be luck to make it to the NFL. The kid is talented, no doubt, but he has no clue how to conduct himself off the field.

The POSSIBILITY of him not playing is worth 3 points.

I stand corrected.

You're right, we don't

That's fine, no problem, I understand and I'm overreacting. Meanwhile, who do you have playing QB for A&M against Alabama?

I've said all along he wasn't an NFL QB. I said I wouldn't be surprised if this was his last year. I did NOT foresee these circumstances.

No way a pro tea bites on him.

Football aside, I see JFF landing in prison for something unsavory in his future. Guy just can't stay away from trouble and sooner or later, all of that smoke you ignore eventually produces a massive fire.

Dude can ball in college, but I'm not a fan of him passed the W he can produce.

It's NCAA, not a US court. They don't need to meet a burden of proof, they just need to make their own decision on whether or not you can play.

exactly. they have the luxury of being able to just connect the dots.

At the very least Manziel will have to sit out while the NCAA investigates which could be a while.

Or I guess it just could be a Tuesday

Another Cam 2.0 witchhunt. Congrats to Saban.

Manziel will be at practice Monday and start every game.

The key statement is "no one has seen Manziel take money".

Appears it might be time to tap the breaks a bit:

quote:

Earlier this year, after Manziel-signed items flooded the memorabilia market, Texas A&M compliance director, David Batson, told ESPN.com that Manziel had never been compensated with cash or other benefits from autographs after investigating the matter.

It's starting to sound like this has been an ongoing investigation for a while that is just coming out near its conclusion.

Johnny Manziel killed 6 hookers when they found out he got paid for autographs?

I feel like we could run with this.

Based on the last thirty minutes and stuff being leaked from the AD, Manziel

Please go meltdown elsewhere.

No way. If the NCAA got involved then something is up.
