can you imagine how much shite he's going to get this year from players and fans of other teams if/when he plays? i want to see him play so i can see him explode with that temper he has at some point.
He gon b mad if he ends up playing, alright. I doubt you see him melt down or explode like you're thinking, though. Guys like that tend to manifest their anger by playing better than before.

I think his temper only explodes while playing golf.

So it turns out the guy accusing Manziel whose name came out is a convicted drug dealer...
LINK
He also gave a false statement to police back in 2009.

I honestly think this whole story is ABSOLUTE BS. Sure he may be taking money, but ESPN knows there is nothing credible about the accuser. But once again, ESPN is a monopoly so no one will call them out. They will get their ratings and that will be that.

Wait.... the guy who paid Manziel money has a shady past?!?!
Posted on 8/7/13 at 2:50 pm to Roger Klarvin
OK lets look at what we know.
Manzel is a gifted athlete from a wealthy Texas family.
Numerous items like helmets mini- helmets signed by Manzel and offered by brokers flooded ebay causing the NCAA to get suspicious. They have been authenticated meaning he signed them. (Or it will be good enough for NCAA investigation)
Witness have said that they saw him sign items at the NC game in Florida, before bama game, and in Connecticut.
At least three brokers say they have items from him and sold them. One of these brokers also sold a lot of Clowney items. USCe has investigated and said no rules were violated.
ESPN claims broker has stated to them he gave Manzel 7500 dollars to sign item in Connecticut and showed him iphone video that is incriminating of Manziel where he says "I was never here etc." The video may or may not be for sale. The Broker says he will no cooperate with the NCAA.
ESPN also says that Manzel or his personal assistant offered to make other big named players available for same deal. (Clowney perhaps?)
ESPN is spoon feeding this story to up their ratings at normally a slow time for sports. How much more they have no one knows.
Everyone that follows NCAA investigations assumes that they (NCAA) have already meet with Manzel and he denied these accusations in the meeting and to A&M.
In order to protect themselves A&M has hired the Whitehorse firm to investigate and advise them on their options. (Same firm the represented Auburn in Camgate, Penn State in rape gate, etc)
NCAA rules require that if Manzel plays and is found at anytime (even if it is 2023) to be ineligible those games will be forfeited. (Look at USC situation.)
IF A&M covers up anything or lies to NCAA about investigation they will be subject to serious punishment. Hence, the hiring of the Whitehorse firm.
Manzels father apparently stated (ESPN) that he bought him the black benz to "help him avoid making bad decisions, and that he really really wanted the car." There is a report that he wanted the autograph money to buy new rims for his benz.
His prior decision making has been suspect. (Manning camp, Texas frat parties, internet classes, bong pictures, etc)
Clearly, like my own spoiled children, Manzel usually gets what he wants. Question is what is anything is the NCAA or maybe A&M going to do about this.

Now, newbee's this is how this is supposed to work, this site and this post is supposed to break new information about all this provide personal insight into people who know the people, or at A&M, or the NCAA, Whitehorse, etc. (Insiders) so that the RantNation can get its JFF fix.
Just going back and forth about his being not being a douchbag is boring and serves no real purpose. I don't know the kid, but this situation has put our new friends and SEC brothers (A&M) in a huge trick bag and the best I can tell they are totally innocent of any wrong doing is this situation thus far. (They protected and walled off this kid just like LSU Bama FLorida UGA or anyone else with a brain would have done.)
No what we really need is:
More info on these stupid rims. Did he really buy them or not? How much did they cost? what is the big deal about them for us old people.
Does anyone know or work with any of these brokers? Do they have criminal histories, etc? (great job keep digging)
We need tail number of all jets that A&M owns so that they can be tracked via flightaware etc.
Whitehorse has already set up an interview for Manzel. I would bet they will be flying to A&M to do it. They will be picked up by a A&M jet in Dothan, Bham, or Auburn. This is probably be tomorrow or Friday, if it hasn't already happened.

quote:All these things are only a big deal for one reason: ESPN. Manziel has been a partier all his life, this wont make a difference in his play. Also, there a thousand other guys in college football, but ESPN is a damn soap opera now so they spoon feed idiots this crap to make them say "OMG, JFF is such a spoiled thug!!""

Sounds exactly like someone that would pay a college QB to sign a bunch of autographs in order to turn a profit.

Also sounds like a guy whose turned a few lies in his day.

So he's lying about having authentic Manziel autographs? That doesn't seem like good business.
