This thread is dying. But, it will be resuscitated soon enough. In the interim:
those of you who keep posting that business about agents, and how none of the criteria has been met............ I am a damn Aggie, and this is the scary part. The criteria for having entered into an agreement with an agent has been met.
Mom and dad money badger pay "uncle Nate" to be JFF's PA. Uncle Nate allegedly attempted to secure funds at least 2 times via autograph brokers. That is the definition of an agent.
Whether or not Uncle Nate was successful in securing these payments has nothing to do with his being an agent of JFF.
Either A: Uncle Nate was successful and Johnny has both hired an agent AND sold his autograph.
OR B: Uncle Nate was unsuccessful in securing payment. Which means, he is still a paid agent representing Manziel. He just happens to be a bad agent.
ATM, The Manziel family, And JFF would be wise to toss this guy under the bus and part ways as fast as possible. I really hope thats what they do. Paint him as a rogue friend of the family acting outside of the will of Johnny and his family.

As long as that broker doesn't intend to cooperate and show the NCAA the video, I don't think the NCAA can make it stick. However, I don't know how much longer the broker will sit quiet...especially if he's already tried to sell the video to espn.

It's funny how some A&M fans on here are trying to grasp at straws. That video will be bought by someone and that will be all the NCAA needs. They don't need to actually see the money shift hands to bust him

I think he did it - I also don't think the NCAA can do anything about it. As I said before, I believe that ESPN is out to drive a wedge between JFF and A&M, and it is my belief that Sumlin will suspend him for the first part of the season. Sumlin has been very consistent with punishment so far.
I think A&M has retained legal counsel for the impending suit from Daddy POS Manziel. It appears that JFF is done after this year, and will probably not play but a few games.
Hope it was worth it to him... we will be fine at QB. Plenty of talent on the bench. I would look for Kenny Hill to possibly get the nod because he played this system in High School, and he looked GREAT at practice yesterday. He is a true fish though.
