If Johnny has a 5 figure unexplained deposit around that same time, his parents better be able to show where the money came from.

JFF needs to sue EVERYBODY. At the end of the day, it's not like he went on a killing spree. Is he immature?... sure... so what?

Davis sucks. I'd rather play Kenny as a true fish.

And be laughed out of court. You and I may not like or agree with the rules JFF agreed to play under and he and his diddy may not like them, but he fricking agreed to them.

ask Georgia Tech about what happens when you don't cooperate and become obstructionist.

You have a good point about the rules... I don't know if it will be laughed out of court though.

What legal theory is he going to sue 'everyone' under? Calling stupid stupid wasn't an actionable cause last time i checked.

Have you been to any of the scrimmages? I have. The guy's not panning-out. I love his shite-talk, especially when it was directed at Blake Gideon, but I'm mega-unimpressed by what I've seen. Most impressive: Brandon Williams. Biggest disappointment: Matt Davis. Hell, right now I'd play 'ol long-release Joekel before Davis.

They have the power to declare Uncle Douche an agent, though, which I would be sincerely concerned about at this point.
I have a sneaking suspicion that his role in this will come more and more into play.
I still go back to the North Carolina agent scandal during the summer of 2010. Once those guys were declared agents all those UNC guys were ruled ineligible and several guys from other schools got multiple games. Marcell Dareus was one of those that got four games.

I've seen him play and I think he's improved, he still has strides to make as a passer sure. I wouldn't be opposed to playing Hill either. I think Davis' athleticism with the backs we have could give us a lethal running game.
Most people said Manziel sucked from watching him in practice as well. Not saying he would be anything near that level but I wouldn't just write him off

I thought I clarified that for you. He should join the lawsuit against the NCAA.
JFF should join suit

Davis looked better in the '13 Spring game then Johnny looked in the '12 Spring game. You have to remember the 2nd and 3rd Team WR's in the Spring (with Kennedy out and none of the new Freshman) was not helping and he wasn't able to use his running ability because of the rules of the scrimmage.
Davis is a dual threat QB. He's big, with a strong arm and a leader. I wouldn't bet against him. Kenny Hill just had his first real practice yesterday.

Anyone who thinks that the NCAA has to have proof beyond some reasonable doubt has to be a delusional fruitcake.
The NCAA has a whole filing cabinet full of ways to frick you. Declare your hanger-on loser friend an agent because testimony has him soliciting funds for autographs. Simple as that.

They sure have been soft about it lately though. Not saying they won't use this as an opportunity to make an example, because that worries me a lot, but they have been super weak lately with handing down punishments
