Correction. His Daddy, his uncles, and his grandaddy have money. Johnny ain't got shite but what they choose to give him and he spends all that on ProActiv.

Wonder if someone from directly east of Mississippi had anything to do with this?

Payback is hell.

I actually thought this when I was listening to the radio. Why would this kid need money? Seems like he pissed someone off and this is retribution.

JFF is obviously not "an innocent babe in the woods".

But why must everybody look away from the fact that he nor his family need the money. They are old time texas oil money. The motivation for him to sign some autographs for a few bucks is negated by the fact that his family is loaded. Only other way this could shake out is that it was all a setup and he merely signed some photos thinking it was for charity, maybe the military moral angle, who knows. But, it certainly wasn't for money, he has plenty of that.

Yeah because if JFF wanted 50k his dad would just hand it over right?

I can think of at least two reasons: 1) He wanted to pay off Nate for his long and faithful and really stupid service, or 2) His bankroll isn't what you think it is, dad controls the pursestrings a bit tighter than you imagine, and he wanted extra cash to throw away in Miami. Or 3) something I haven't thought of.

In any case, why resort to a conspiracy theory? It makes no sense. Nobody made Johnny Manziel go to the residence of a memorabilia dealer and sign up to 1000 autographs. And there's no reason he'd do that while bitching about autographs unless he thought he'd be paid. To me he's plainly guilty, though my guess is he'll get away with it, and all these assholes on these forums talking about A&M being the most corrupt school of all time will have one more bullet.

We need a few hundred more pages first though. I like this.

Good thing I won't be on that list. If there is one thing I'm sure of in this debacle, its that the barners can barely spell their own names. Let alone use proper punctuation!
