Im glad they didnt take away a great play because the very tip of his heel grazed the outline. If you have to zoom in that far with HD to determine the play its a tad ridiculous.
However, it is just another great example that the refs dont favor Bama. If they did, they would have used any evidence at all to take the play away. They would have also thrown the flag on the DB who wrapped up Najee in the back of the endzone for the tieing TD that was thrown to him, but luckily Ridly streaked across in front just in time to snag it. Among other things not called in Bama's favor.
Oh well i guess thats why we rank dead last in every team we play getting more of advantage than us with the penalties. The stats dont lie, we just make sure to win on the field and leave no doubt.

It was obviously a missed call, but its also clear as to why he didn't call it, and it has nothing to do with any kind of Alabama bias. The way it happened, it looked like the defender grabbed him around the neck collar. It was just a perfect storm for the ref to miss it.

Nighjay was guilty of a false start. No TD 4&14.
Ya know, like you think the punt block should have been called dead because of another bama false start that wasn't called.
