Y’all do realize Busch League is a derogatory term for a second tier event. It started with racing but can apply to anything. But, you already know that. Bush league referred to minor league baseball. This move is so cheesy that either applies.

I think they are joking because its "Bush League" not "Busch League" in the context you used it, generally.

No, we realize Busch is a beer that formerly sponsored NASCAR's AAA series. We also know BUSH league is a term from the early days of baseball that was used to refer to small town teams and now is used to mean something petty or subpar.
