If that's the case the whole Bama team needs to be investigated and someone needs to check the records of the dealerships Saban owns

Some Auburn folks sent the NCAA a huge package of stuff to the NCAA where they traced every tag and ownership records of a ton of Bama players.

When a high profile recruit of a program checking every box on the high suspicion checklist suddenly walks in to a new challenger, it may raise a few eyebrows.

Ask Godfrey to do some investigating: If Moncrief was so clean then why did he get a booster disassociated?

Why was Moncrief allowed to sell tickets to his OM signing day party?

And another threat to sue everyone involved. "This should end well".

judging on the basis of things so far OM needs to stay as far away from lawsuits as possible, seems their legal department is even more inept than the compliance office.

SB nation acts like it all came from a photo. If a photo is all it took a ton of Bama starters would be under investigation.

Hate to break it to you but the NCAA is not whimsical. 99 percent of the time if they get involved someone out there provided compelling evidence.

Just the stuff listed in the NOA's showed the Barney operation was at the very core of the AD, it was preplanned, and organized down to the specific Booster & recruit, and it was an established internal process in Freeze's program.

you got all that from Barney giving some recruits a ride to class through the fellowship of Christian athletes? cmawn man.
list of those 'terrible' violations

You say the NCAA is whimsical? Well, they are 0-10 in lawsuits against them.

I recall one case they had to pay $66,000,000 to NCAA coaches.

“He said, ‘Because even 20 guys a month isn’t enough.’ So I asked him if he had any black friends, and he got this look, like shocked. Because in the African American community, you get a haircut every week, not once a month. It’s sometimes 20 guys a week. Some guys get a haircut every five days.
