So Oregon last year's not a big win but LSU this year is? Makes sense.

#5 one loss LSU would be the most recent.

I asked when was the last time you beat a good team.

Oregon losing to Boise pushes them out of the "good" category.

What's LSU's "big win" this year? A 3-loss Alabama by 3 at home? I'm not saying LSU's not a good team, because they are, but it's a joke to say that that's a big win and not Oregon, because Oregon lost on the road to a team that was undefeated. Believe me I hate Boise State, as far as being a legit NC contender goes, but they are a good team. Losing to them on the road isn't exactly a huge deal.

Instead of trying to build up Oregon's team last year, why don't you name the last good team you beat.

You have already had to go back a year, so who was a good team you beat before Oregon?

boise isn't a quality lose and i don't care what anyone says. auburn this year is a quality loss but boise isn't and will never be as long as they aren't an AQ team in a real division.

Oregon.

Last good one before LSU.

And I'm ridiculous going back to a game played this calendar year, meanwhile, this entire thread has been "0-9", referring to 8 games in which NOBODY currently on the team had anything at all to do with, and one in which a 25% of the team played very limited roles.

This will be a tough game for Ohio State, I admit. We're not great at getting pressure to the QB, and I think our secondary is a little weak. If we were playing a spread option team like an Oregon that's built to our style, rather than an air raid, I think we'd definitely win. But we still have areas in which we have an advantage, namely a good OL, a good D against a (non I-form) rushing attack, and a great dual threat QB.

i think you misunderstand our offense. We are a pro style offense that uses just about every formation out there.

You mainly throw the ball. #3 ranked in passing O in the NCAA. Mallet's a gunslinger. I didn't mean you're style of offense is literally the air raid, just that you throw it a ton, which probably isn't great for us. And you're not a power, run it down their throats, like Wisky is.

We also have a Running back who led the league in Rushing...

were a lot more balanced than you think, watch the LSU game to get a feel for us. Honestly our offense is much tougher to stop than any i've seen because we can finesse around you or line up and run it down your throat wisky style.

And your rushing offense is still ranked #62 in the country. Just because you rely on literally one guy (which, if he does lead the SEC in rushing and you're still that low, it'd basically have to be) doesn't mean you have a great rushing attack overall, or that it's a power I, drive it down your throats like Wisconsin. We can stop running games that are spread-based or single back. Just those huge OL and I form with a TE or two, we can't.

Your OL is 329, 323, 315, 305, 302. That's not the same as Wisky's 327, 323, 322, 315, 313, and it's not that power I ram it down your throats like there's (at least your base O isn't).

You are COMPLETELY underestimating our power running game.

We just dominated arguably the best front 7 in the country.

Good luck

Not to rain on your parade, but LSU's DL is undersized and has been suspect against power running games all season. Their line is small but really fast.

What you fail to realize is that since Knile Davis was made the go to guy (six games), the Hogs have averaged 186 rushing yards per game which would be good for 27th in the country if they had done that the entire season. Oh, and the Hogs have ran the ball like that while still throwing for around 300 yards per game. Yes... the Hogs can run.
