Arkansas has allowed in a single half against RICE as many points as we’ve allowed all season

About as impressive as your win over the 3rd best program in Texas

I'm going to need you to show your work on this one. Also, why is King relevant?

And Sam Pittman is your coach now lol... does he even have a .500 record as a coach?

No, only they get to make excuses of bad head coaching hires as the reason for losing to us. We certainly have never had bad head coaches in the past

If you guys really think you’re going to win tomorrow I feel sorry for you. Just trying to save you from a letdown

Of all the tough, gut wrenching, heart breaking ways Arkansas has managed to lose games in this series over the past decade, tomorrow's loss for them will be the hardest.
They actually believe in themselves because they beat three cellar dwellers.

A&M PPG (including King) 41, 10, 34
41+10+34 = 85
85/3 = 29
A&M PPG (without King)
10+34=44
44/2 = 22
My bad, I was short a few. I edited my post, you replied to, noting I was wrong as well.
Arkansas PPG
38+40+45=123
123/3=41
41+10+34 = 85
85/3 = 29

If you actually believe Sumlin had anything to do with JFF winning the Heisman (other than hiring Kliff “Fall Upward” Kingleberry), you really have a low football IQ.

You’re seriously using stats in September as an actual football argument?
I mean, damn…

I just did a search for “77” on this board.
Literally, the only posts I found about this were yours, and an Aggie making the case that it’s a misleading stat.

Stats are nice but with 3 games for both teams they aren't that meaningful. Both teams have had a lot of garbage time. A&M has done a LOT of experimenting with different alignments, partly due to youth on the OL and partly due to injury/suspension. Ark has had some of that as well.
Both teams are big and physical. Both have some very athletic and talented players that can break open a game. A&M has more of them overall but Arkansas has more experience on that all important OL.
I know this seems to be all about smack talk but the reality is it will just come down to execution. Talent for talent, A&M is better. More explosive players. Better overall D. Problem is execution has been inconsistent and A&M has not put together a complete game yet. Arkansas has executed very well and that is why they are having success. That said they are unlikely to have wide open running lanes and guys diving at feet like was happening in the Texas game. Our DE isn't 229 lbs and our LB isn't a walkon.
If Arkie can disrupt Calzada and create some turnovers they should win. If Arkie can make some big plays and get the A&M D on its heals they should win. If A&M can establish the run then they can start spreading the ball out to their playmakers it could be a long day for Arkie. If they can contain the Arkie run and force KJ to beat them with precision throws that's not good for Arkie.
I guess we will see in about 24 hours.
