Arkansas doesn't get any Walmart money.

Why isn't Arkansas getting any top high school or portal players?
Probably because they don't want to play for a shitty football program unless they are given an outrageous NIL number which Arkansas either doesn't have or want to give.

Arkansas big money folks aren't as nearly business savvy or cunning as the rest of the SEC when it comes to winning at all costs.
For example Ole Miss has already raised 15 or so million dollars in NIL.
Arkansas? Well they had an NIL but no one knew it existed and so that was done away with a new one announced back in November.
So tell me which one of these two programs care more?
The SEC has a bunch of J.R. Ewings and Arkansas has....um....Mr Bean.

Arkansas doesn’t have that kind of money coming in. Just because there are rich people in the state doesn’t mean they care about sports.

Only really takes 2 players max to reverse your fortunes in bball tho. Can throw lots of money at just a few players and it can pay off huge. Not like that in fb. Need 20+
