Arkansas doesn't really have a rival.
The closest would be Texas and once they join the SEC, it will overshadow any fake rivalry with stupid trophies.

War Memorial Stadium was built in the late 40s to honor WW2 veterans or those that were slain.
Fayetteville was very secluded with no major Interstate highway for many decades until the early 2000s.
So with most of the major population in other parts of the state, it made sense then to build it in Little Rock.
Before the stadium in Fayetteville was expanded. More games were played in Little Rock than Fayetteville.

I don't hate LSU or anything and the battle of the boot just like the game with Missouri is forced upon.
