Yeah, he gone. Possession of controlled substance, on top of everything else, no doubt!

Will he be good enough to make the All SEC Attrition team?

Starter or back up?

The delusion all SEC football fans suffer from, with the possible exception of Vandy, is that the majority of football players deserve to be at any of the SEC schools. The majority of SEC football players have no business being at these institutions and would not be there but for football.

How bad does this hurt Arky? I believe the only weak piece on your team, especially offensly was the OL. It's good to get rid of trash for locker room reasons, but was he a strong starter on a suspect OL or just a contributor?

It hurts, we were counting on him filling in on the OL as a starter. We're already replacing 3 OLs, now we lose an experienced back-up that was supposed to start.

What a dummy.

He was contending for a starting spot...I'm gonna bet Freeman and Cook end up starters which isn't so bad...Freeman has experience....Cook on the other hand will be a monster in the future, but we'll see how he is against SEC DE's...Glad we got 3 cupcakes to start

Your quality of posts continue to amaze me.

Back to answering the actual question. This kinda hurts us honestly. He was going to start I think....if not start give us quality minutes as a strong back up. I guess we won't really know if it hurts us or not until the season gets underway.

The way the Flagship recruits, they'll just plug in another guy.
They are six/eight deep at virtually every position.
Even long snapper.
That's why we all fear them so.

It also helps that they'll be going up against some good DE's every day in practice

I have a feeling we'll lose another OL before the season starts.

I think our season will be a 7 or 8 win season, a lot of my fellow Hog fans are much, much more optimistic.

If we can't win more than 10 games with this team, then we never will.
