I see a loss tomorrow and then more players sit out and we lose to the aggies

Nah, just do like the aggies and cancel the game.

I really hope this does not become a theme as we get into the tournament. 68 teams someone is destined to have a key player test positive. Could you imagine a team like Gonzaga having issues with Covid. Let’s hope for a healthy tournament.

I see LSU is still spreading the covid.

Everyone's having a good laugh at A&M, but it's no coincidence that LSU was the last SEC team they played.

Baton Rouge should be quarantined.

It definitely is something, I just lost an aunt to it a few weeks ago. I know another person my age still dealing with issues a few months after. The no rhyme or reason to who gets the really bad symptoms is what just blows my mind- not saying that there aren’t underlying conditions that maybe we aren’t aware of but there’s been several I know that you’d think oh no not them but then they barely have any symptoms and some middle aged in great health (seemingly) that end up in the hospital or very very sick. The only thing in my anecdotal bubble of it that does make sense is the young people getting over it with very limited symptoms. I randomly luckily strangely was in the right place at the right time and got my first dose of vaccine Saturday which was my birthday so I felt like that was a great present. Ha.

But enough of that, go hogs, get better Jaylin and keep those cooties to yourself.

I wasn't aware that COVID was still a thing.
The vaccine is out right? Why are we pretending the people that catch it still have the Black Plague? It's not even logical anymore.

The "muh grandma" argument doesn't work anymore. Shut up and go get granny her shot and let everyone continue their lives.

I saw a few weeks back that one of the NBA host died of COVID complications. He was 48 and supposedly in decent health otherwise. This stuff jumps all over certain folks and conducts itself asymptomatically with others, even older ones. Sports have been very fortunate to not have lost more older coaches, ADs, staff. I lost a friend from this stuff early last year and hate to hear about your loss.

Thank you and sorry about your friend as well.

The good news is that everyone will (or everyone that wants it) will hopefully be vaccinated soon. It wasn’t that easy at first though. My mom was around 1500 on the waitlist when we first called, but another pharmacy in town started them too and we heard about it before most so we got her signed up there and she’s had her first dose and has the 2nd in a week or so.

They are prioritizing around our area as well. Some of the older ones I know have already gotten their vaccination. I think some others are waiting to see the side-effects. Either way seems like a good investment when we have an opportunity to take advantage of it. Stay healthy.
