"Post season" 
He's been to the dance 3 times in 8 years and the NIT twice. Never advanced past the rd of 32, zero tournament championships, zero regular season championships. Continues to get left behind by the new coaches that are entering the league, etc.
TLDR:
Hes been average at best. I'd want him gone too.

If you're counting NIT and NCAA tourneys, I bet there are 50 or 60+ coaches with this amazing track record

That may be acceptable at other places but with the facilities and fan support at his disposal he should do much better than he has. Imo Arkansas could and should do much better.

Hes not an alum, he was Nolan Richardsons assistant, he went to Tulsa. We owe him nothing and the fact he is still here after 8 mediocre years is fricking ridiculous. frick him.
