The places I go most in Fayetteville are places like that, off the beaten path that out of towners won't stumble upon. The selection of neighborhood microbreweries here is outstanding now. My Walker Park buddies always wanna hit up Crisis Brewing and Penguin Eds.

There's practically a microbrewery in every neighborhood now. Northside lost Apple Blossom, but Flyway is coming in to take their place.

That north-central college student ghetto area is about to turn over. The greenway runs right up the middle and everywhere you turn people are buying up old shite and putting in new houses. It is similar to how West Campus in Austin used to be. Little hole-in-the wall dives and college kid shithole housing along the bus-route. Leverett Lounge, Columbus House, Nomad's, Fossil Cove, all the weird shite in Oak Plaza. Rest in Peace Ron's Place, Fayetteville's original gay bar in a warehouse district. Somehow, Bottom's Up keeps hanging on....
