Stoerner fumble turned a perfect season into not even making the SECCG, so it's the obvious choice for me. The dropped ball is more like losing to UCLA in '95.

The Stoernover- while this one is fresh, that one was way worse.

I forgot Arkansas was undefeated in that game. Jesus that makes it so much worse

Is that even a fumble by today's rules?

The ball wasnt “dropped”. It was just not caught. You can’t drop what you never had. It should be called the brain fart.

What part of that wouldn't be a fumble today?

I was at the Stoerner game. Was a freshman in high school, my dad and I decided to leave the stadium with 2 minutes left. We almost got to the exit when we felt and heard Neyland shake. We snuck down into the lower level 12 rows up from the south end zone and saw Travis Henry slice and dice his way towards paydirt.

Insane. I never thought Neyland could crumble until that night. And I was at the Florida game a few weeks prior. It was straight Richter scale shite.

People forget that they lost to MSU the very next week. There would've been a rematch in the SECCG and who knows if the winner even finishes top 2.
