Blows my mind that in this entire state we don't have one RB in this class that is the caliber of RB Petrino wants. But I have complete faith in his recruiting, he's proven himself in that aspect IMO.
It's just an odd year all around at RB in the state. Normally we put out at least one upper level BCS running back a year but this year there are none. Brooks can try to play RB but he is really a WR and will eventually move there at Clemson. The only true RB in the class is going to end up playing DB at Kansas because he is to small to be an every down RB.

Nicely done!
I'm interested in who's going to be the feature RB when Davis, Johnson, and Wingo are gone. I've watched some Kody Walker and Donavan Roberts highlights, and they look beastly, but I hate missing out on instate RB's even though they may be a little undersized or something.
My son played for Springdale. I went up to Jefferson City and seen Kody Walker play. He runs over people, he looked like a man among boys.
It seems strange not to see a lineman or QB from NWA on the list this year.

Lots of young talent (JR's and SO's) in NWA. Should be numerous kids with BCS offers over the following two years.

Freshman basketball guard Ky Madden went to EPC too...my roommate last year's girlfriend went there and he was getting pissed cause ky would hit on her

Ky Madden
Is also a cousin of Marcus Monk, this is why Ostrum/Pel had it so hard recruiting him and he became an Ole Miss lean...

There are 0 BCS caliber RB's in the state this year but there should be 3 next year. Altee Tenpenny out of NLR is a name to watch. He will be a high 4* possibly 5* RB next year.
Yeah, next year we have Tearris Wallace, Brice Gagagans, Altee Tenpenny, and another I can't think of.

Probably one of the greatest names I've ever heard.

Korliss Marshall?
Madre London will probably be a big time RB recruit in two years also but that's getting a ways out there.

YEAHH, that's him. Next year is a good in-state crop.
QB - Austin Allen
RB - Tearris Wallace, Brice Gahagans, Altee Tenpenny, Korliss Marshall
DE - Hunter Henry
S - Brooks Ellis

The last running back we had with the first name "Madre" turned out to be pretty decent...

I really want to land Allen, Tenpenny, Henry, Ellis and Wallace. Would love to have Gahagans or Marshall as well but no way we take the many true RB's. Maybe we could convince one to switch to DB or LB but I doubt it.
I think Tenpenny and Henry are both going to be very tough gets. BP is going to have his work cut out for him with those two.

I'll give you 3 more that should end up at BCS schools:
Jemar Clark OT 6'6 280 - has offer to OSU
Defonta Lowe ATH 6'3 185 - Played all over the place in high school and I'll bet he earns an offer at Arky camp
Quanterio Heath LB 6'3 205 - I like his athleticism and size....Looking to earn offer at Elite camp
