The one time I got mad enough at LSU to punch a wall, I hit the stud and broke my hand. I have learned to contain my temper since then. I just throw things now.

I have a short temper, and it really doesn't bother me my hand will be ok in a couple weeks.
My dad is an arkansas fan too… so it isn't exactly helping my frustration.
