Anybody notice the Florida cheerleader cheering when Arkansas just scored that TD? I noticed it on the replay when they slow mo'd it

Maybe it's an NFL rule then. I swear I remember seeing an NFL game where a player fumbled the ball forward, and the ball rolled past the first down line or something and his teammate recover it, but the refs placed the ball where the fumble occurred.
