We spent 6 nights at Atelier in Playa Mujeres. Amazing place. food and drinks were great.
The Last Word is a great cocktail

3/4 oz everything. Gin, maraschino liqueur, green chartreuse, fresh lime juice. shaken, serve up, garnish with a brandied cherry

So you mean the threat to SELA has lessened?
He really is terrible. He is just a contrarian, shite stirring asshoe who thinks he is smarter than and above everyone.

Help with sod for flood prone area

Posted by proger on 9/29/24 at 9:39 am
I live on the northshore lakefront, prone to tidal flooding/surges. Yard is St Aug. Last summer's drought killed a good bit of the sod and I unfortunately got behind in watering. This summer good mix of weeds mixed in with grass. Front yard was more weeds than grass but thankfully were green and looked fine when mowed. Francine finished off the St Aug remnants. Will need to re-sod. Any particular grass type that is best suited for this application?

wonder if this guy is still in tulum…looks like and early Fri morning direct hit

We ended up flying out of Cancun yesterday. good thing we did because Tulum airport shutdown today and the flight we were on was cancelled.
Thanks man. Yeah saw the Tulum airport shutdown today and wont reopen until Sunday. would have been a refugee in a 3rd world country. no bueno
I was scheduled to fly out of Tulum july 4th. hotel is evacuating people so i was able to get a flight out of Cancun this morning and American gave me no trouble with cancelling my ticket and issuing a refund.

In Tulum right now. Scheduled to fly out Thursday midday. fingers crossed flights arent cancelled

Manager just swung by and gave us evacuation plans for Thursday night/Friday if needed. I started freaking out and looked at flights out tomorrow but nothing available out of Tulum airport. Cancun flights out tomorrow are a price gouge of over $3k a ticket.

Took a deep breath and looked at the forecast map again. Thursday at 2pm it should still be a decent ways out.

Check out the Setai if it is in your price range. I stayed at the Lowe’s a year ago and I would not recommend it for a honeymoon. Lot’s of screaming kids running around. even in the bar area

Not even a squeeze play. Batter didnt bunt, he backed out of the box
I just picked up Eye of the Wheel. Have never read any of them.
A CCT for PVCs?? Thats insane. Essentially the only use a CCT is for is if your 10 year CV risk score places you in the intermediate risk score. A significantly abnormal CCT score risk stratifies you into a high risk group which impacts medical therapy intensity. CCT has no bearing on PVC treatment.
Just watched S1E1. I dig it. Gives me Wayward Pinea vibes which I loved
