Are they installing temporary outhouses so the Arkansas fans will feel comfortable?
Yeah. They're going to be located right in the mouths of your overrated baseball team.
We're ranked #2, and that's exactly what we're about to do in your throats.

Straight from the Encyclopedia of Arkansas You can’t make this stuff up.
“The stereotype of the lazy hillbilly resulted largely from a lack of sanitation. Arkansans, were afflicted by typhoid, cholera, and hookworms...
Education programs through the work of Dr. Charles Willis Garrison, who became the field director for the Hookworm Eradication Project in Arkansas, and others like him were helpful in the prevention of hookworm in Arkansas, but outhouses remained a luxury for some members of the population.
But the outhouse is not just a symbol of poverty and the hillbilly caricature; it is also a symbol of improved living conditions, improved health, and a stepping stone to the future.”
A steppingstone to the future??? So I guess perhaps their is hope for Arkansas?

Instead of defending your baseball team, you quote an article about outhouses and try to pretend they weren't everywhere before indoor plumbing became ubiquitous. If you're scared, just say your scared. We know your baseball team is.

Somethings don’t need defending. Besides I’ve been taking a deeper dive into the Encyclopedia of Arkansas. I’m reading about the Possum of Tomorrow Program now.
“ Organizers believed that there was the potential to develop the opossum meat market beyond remote Arkansas hill counties and thus revitalize the economies of these struggling areas. ”.

Go look at some lists for "best cities to live in" and then go find where Fayetteville ranks vs Starkville.
I can wait.
I can wait.

Does this MSU team mostly play small ball? I noticed they haven't hit many homers.
I actually thought we were going to play more small ball this season, but I guess we've hit quite a few homers already. Arkansas leads the SEC in fielding and MSU in era, so it's shaping up to be an entertaining series.

We are extremely good at hitting into double plays. I think we have become more aggressive on base now to try and counteract that.

Not necessarily, we do a fair amount of stealing, but honestly, our offense can be hit-or-miss. There aren't many true power hitters in our line-up, but we do have a few guys with some pop. Regardless it should be a great series.

Noticed that. Also noticed you lead the SEC in steals and caught stealing. Our infield is very good, but I'm still unsure about our outfield arms.
I'm not sure if the stats back this up, but I also think we're more patient at the plate than we have been in the past. I assume that MSU is extremely patient and I believe I saw that in the stats.

I fully expect us to get swept in this series. Either we have a great game pitching but can't hit, or vice versa.

Yeah, I'm just hoping to win one. I think our hitting will be fine, but MSU has some very good pitchers. It will depend on our pitching and defense, imo. We'll need to hold MSU runners on base or throw them out.
