The students nor fans really see Mizzou as a rival or meaningful game and I’m not even trying to throw shade when saying that.
We’ve always gotten a ton of kids from KC and Springfield area at Arkansas because Fayetteville is a much nicer area than the Kansas and Missouri schools. Even those kids don’t consider it a rival or the ones I know Atleast. I had two from Springfield and three from KC in my pledge class and they still don’t care about the Mizzou game

I may be old, but it feels like an OOC game tacked onto the end of the season for some reason.

Do Missouri and Arkansas fans interact a whole lot for this to be a rivalry? Seems like Missouri fans care more about Kansas and Arkansas fans care more about Texas.

No. Arkansas has a lot of interactions with Ole Miss and Texas over the decades.

For LSU adding A&M was a natural fit for this reason. Our fans mingle a lot. Especially in the O&G industry.
