OC/QB - Kendall Briles - FSU
RB - Jimmy Smith - Georgia State
WR - Justin Stepp - Only holdover from Morris regime
TE - Jon Cooper - UCF
OL - Brad Davis - Mizzou

DC/S - Barry Odom - Mizzou
DL - Derrick LeBlanc - Kentucky
LB - Rion Rhodes - Hutchinson Communtiy College (was head coach)
CB - Sam Carter - Mizzou

ST - Scott Fountain - Georgia

Briles and Odom are home runs. Keeping Stepp was huge as he’s a top level recruiter. I hear good things in regards to recruiting on Brad Davis and Derrick LeBlanc. Rion Rhodes was brought in to get our foot in door in the Kansas JUCO circuit which we’ve totally ignored for years.

HC/OC/QB: Mike Leach
Rest of the offensive staff: Everyone from WSU, the only one whose name I immediately remember being Steve Spurrier Jr.
DC (rumored): Charlie Strong
Defensive position coaches: Will be up to the DC once hired, as that's how Leach operates
S&C (rumored): Aaron Feld

We brought in Leach to run his offense, and this is the best way to do it starting off

Strong is a great DC for fast tempo offenses and his experience as a HC should give him the experience he needs to run everything about the defense (even if he was a bad HC)

Feld is considered a top S&C guy nationwide and is a Mississippi State grad, so bringing him home from Oregon will be awesome. His mustache will fit in with the pirate aesthetic we've adopted.

Sounds good!

Our o-line regressed, because of Dooley and his scheme. The o-line was very good under Brad Davis the previous year until Dooley screwed them up last year.

Correct on Sam. If you notice, he’ll be coaching the secondary in connection with Barry. On Davis, Pittman’s arguably the best OL coach in the country so we’ll be fine there.

Good thing Drinkwitz let Davis go to Arkansas.
Mizzou needed a OL that fit Drinkwitz system that also coached in the SEC west division. He is a good recruiter.

He is a lot better than Barry Odom! He knows offense and got the staff set up that will be a lot better than Barry Odom ever had at Mizzou. Most of the defense coaches were kept. That was Barry only good coaching staff he had. The offense coaches were so bad. Mizzou is going to be a lot better in general and shall have a much better record this fall and beyond!

I like how a couple of mizzou fans always take a shot about how bad their oline was.

Pittman is regarded as a good oline coach. Convince me that he would hire a bad oline coach. This should get interesting.

Mizzou OL coach did a bad job. Now we got a better OL coach that can recruit and knows the SEC west defense. You have your head coach to be the OL coach. Your new OL coach will be coached under your head coach. Not the other way around!

Mizzou had four problems.
1) Head coach
2) Offense Coordinator
3) Offensive line coach
4) Quarterback
Those four were the main problems. Sterk hired an offense head coach that will be running his offense. No need a top flight offense coordinator because head coach will run the offense with some help with his recently hired offense coordinator. Drinkwitz hired an offensive line coach that have SEC experiment and is a good recruiter. he probably fit the kind of coach that fit his offense that he will be installing at Mizzou. Missouri have 3 quarterback that will be competing and they all should be better than Kelly Bryant and he is now gone.

Now what part do you not get it?!
