Pressure is definitely the thing he has to improve on, which makes sense given his limited PT.

9/19 (47.4%)
123 Yards
6.5 YPA
1 TD
1 INT

Out of 20 SEC passers who had 25 dropbacks against Pressure, his rank was......

Completion % - #9
Yards Per Attempt - #7

I don’t expect him to put up colossal numbers but he’s better than you are giving him credit for.

And how do stats lie from the Peach Bowl where he put up almost 400 yards against a top ten defense?

Where did you get those numbers because I’ve seen some very different stats for him against pressure.

Another guy whose pressure numbers weren't very good

16/40 (40%)
4.4 YPA
1 TD
0 INT

Completion % - #17 of 20
YPA - #16 of 20

PFF

The stats you are probably thinking of are against the blitz. He averaged 12.7 YPA and threw 7 TD/1 INT against the Blitz. Of course, not every blitz gets there, so it's a little different than being under duress. It does mean he recognized them pretty quickly and made the right decision, though, which is encouraging.

susceptible to throwing interceptions, just like Jake Fromm.

Another guy who rarely threw INT’s is prone to throwing INT’s? You are bad at this

Part of it is what’s considered “pressure” is totally subjective

You’re probably right. I’ll have to take a look. Just means the ol will have to keep him upright.

He could also improve at it. He was very inexperienced when he stepped in last year. I'd imagine 4-5 games plus an offseason and he'll be much more comfortable.

Not surprising for a freshman. The 0 INTs is encouraging. He'll learn to get rid of the ball faster.

It’s almost like he was recovering from a knee injury or something. You continue to show how ignorant you are of UGA football. You should probably stay out of the threads that involve the dawgs.

So basically the same.

Glad to see you admit it, Diddler

Sounds like Daniels has LSU envious and more than a little worried. Don’t worry Tigers. You won’t have to face him this year. No chance of seeing you in Atlanta or in the playoffs

Of course not, you'll choke, as usual.

I'm not a PFF subscriber but curious if PFF assigned a grade to each SEC quarterback in 2020?

I'm betting Myles Brennan and JT Daniels would grade out quite similarly.
