I am impressed with him so far, yes. Aside from a couple of bad out route throws last weekend, he has been pretty accurate. Lucky on a couple of jump balls, yes. But all QBs make some of those passes. Bottom line is this: his arm strength is back and is solid, and as others have said here, he manages the 3 ring circus pretty well so far. And I think the fact that he and Kodi seem to really like each other ssays volumes about the kind of kids both of them are.

Also, on a similar topic: I heard Kodi say something the other day about Malzahn that I thought was interesting....something like "Coach M gives us hope..". I couldn't remember ever hearing another player say something like that, so it just struck me as a genuinely positive comment that reflects well on what is going on behind the scenes this year vs. the debacle of last year.
