scores, based on graduation rates. As a University, a school has to maintain a certain average, or risk losing scholarships as a penalty. It doesn't apply to individual coach APR's though, only the schools as a whole. I edited at the bottom of the OP for you.

I think he kicked 7 off the team last year before the season started.

I'd be curious to hear a reason from CGC as to why ours is so low. Wonder if a reporter will raise the question?
