Classic leak job. If you're looking to drive up the price of your information or put pressure on others (NCAA) to do something you leak small bits of info.
Best case: Bell and Bond get a buttload for their tapes, NCAA looks bad, Auburn vacates one year for using an ineligible player, and the FBI rapes the state of Alabama.
Worst Case: Bell and Bond get a buttload for their tapes, NCAA looks bad, Auburn gets ruined, and the FBI rapes the state of Alabama.
