Unanimous 1st team selections:
QB Joe Burrow LSU- duh
WR Ja'Marr Chase LSU- not surprising, since you get to pick 2.
RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire LSU- WOW . That's amazing, since at midseason, he wasn't even in consideration; hell he was still expected to be passed by a freshman at some point.

JR Reed not making either team is a travesty. Gross oversight
He will win other rewards though.

No.
Dumbasses calling for those freshmans are the only ones who though this bs.

Nigel Warrior really came into his own his senior season. A lot of people had written him off saying he'd never live up to his potential but he proved them wrong. I just wish Pruitt had been coaching him since his freshmen year.
Can you imagine? He developed light years faster under Pruitt. We all knew development was lacking under Butch but I don't think it really hit home until this year when we see players getting better every week. BJ brought in stud freshman that would get worse as they went through the program.

Lol what? He had 3 receiving in the Auburn game alone, along with a kick return TD

Would like to have seen Fulton as first team, but I agree that Reed was the biggest miss. Probably should have been 1st team and wasn’t even second.

Hey, did you know that "dragged" is actually a word? Yep, turns out it's the past tense for "drag". Who knew?
Dragged and drug are both accepted past tense uses for drag.
The more you know.

That was supposed to change when we hit the meat of the schedule. And, it actually did- for the better
134 yds against Florida
136 vs Auburn
103 vs Alabama
172 vs Ole Miss
188 vs Arkansas

Only accepted in the most illiterate part of the country.

The recognized and correct past tense form of the verb drag is dragged. Drug can still sometimes be heard, but only in certain dialects within the United States.
Sorry for grammar nazi, but it just bugs the shite out of me by getting my hopes up every time I read the word "drug".
...is all.

Jalen Wydermyer as 2nd team all-SEC TE as a true freshman when he wasn't even supposed to be the starter bodes well going forward.

I figured you wouldn't do well reading either. Try this one:
